What Happens to Your Spin If It Drops Out
This is the question everyone actually wants answered, and the answer is more reassuring than it feels in the moment. The round is decided on the game supplier's server, not on your device. Your browser is a display. If the connection dies halfway through an animation, the result has already been determined and recorded somewhere that has nothing to do with your wi-fi.
So one of two things is true. Either the round completed server-side, in which case the outcome stands, the balance reflects it, and it will be sitting in your game history when you log back in. Or it never completed, in which case the stake goes back. There is no third state where a win quietly disappears because the page reloaded, and the game history is the record that settles any argument about it.
Live dealer tables work slightly differently in one respect: the round carries on without you. A blackjack hand you were dealt into is played to the house rules if you drop out mid-decision, and a roulette bet already placed stands. Reconnect and the result is there. Table games are the one place where an outage can genuinely cost you a decision — the money is handled correctly, but nobody was making your choices for you.

Diagnose It in 60 Seconds
In order. Most problems are solved by step one or step three, and going in order saves you from clearing cookies for something that was never a cookie problem.
1 Mobile data, wi-fi off
The single most useful test there is. If the site loads on cellular and not on your home connection, the casino is fine and your network is filtering it. Stop here and go to step four.
2 Private window, no extensions
Ad blockers and privacy extensions break casino lobbies more often than anything else, usually by blocking the game frame rather than the page. A private window loads without them.
3 Turn the VPN off
A VPN is the leading cause of a 403 and of every geolocation failure. In the regulated provinces it is checked on every session, not just at login.
4 Change DNS, then flush it
If step one pointed at your network, this is the fix. Set the device to a public resolver, then flush the cache so the old answer stops being reused.
5 Clear cookies for the domain
Only for the casino domain, not everything. A stale session cookie produces the classic symptom of a page that loads but throws you straight back to the login screen.
6 Try a second device
Same network, different hardware. If the second device works, the problem is the first device's browser, cache or profile — not the site and not the connection.

Geolocation Errors, and Why Canada Gets Them More
Canada regulates online gambling province by province, so location is not a formality here — it is the thing that decides which version of a site you are allowed to see. The regulated Ontario market checks that you are physically inside Ontario, not merely resident there, and it re-checks during a session rather than only at login. Alberta's market, open since 13 July 2026, works on the same principle.
What that means in practice: a Toronto account will refuse to play from a hotel in Montreal, a corporate VPN that exits in another province will trip the check even though you have not moved, and a laptop with location services switched off can fail it while the phone next to it passes. None of these are outages, and none of them are fixed by clearing your cache.
The fix is boring. Turn off any VPN, allow the browser or app to read location, make sure the device's location setting is on at the operating-system level too, and reload. If you genuinely are in another province, that is not a bug — the account belongs to the market it was registered in, and crossing a provincial line changes what you are permitted to open.
Error Codes and What They Actually Mean
403 Forbidden
The server got your request and refused it. Nearly always a geo or IP restriction, and a VPN is the usual trigger. Turn it off and reload before anything else.
404 Not Found
That address does not exist any more. A stale bookmark to an old promotion page, usually. Go to the homepage and navigate from there.
502 / 504 Gateway
Something upstream did not answer in time. This one really is on the casino's side, and it is also the kind that resolves itself in minutes. Wait, do not retry in a loop.
503 Service Unavailable
Deliberate: maintenance or overload protection. If it is planned, there is normally a notice. Nothing you can do from your end and nothing wrong with your account.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Your DNS could not turn the address into a number. Classic ISP or router filtering. Change your resolver and flush the cache — this is a your-network problem, not a casino one.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
The request went out and nothing came back. Could be either side. The mobile-data test tells you which in about ten seconds.

The panel at the top of this page shows the result of our last manual check and the date it was made. Most reports that reach the desk turn out to be local — a DNS filter, a browser extension or a VPN — rather than a genuine outage on the casino side.
What happens to my spin if the site drops out mid-round?
